Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card on file for all appointment reservations. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 48-hour notice.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a non-emergency-related reason after the 48-hour mark has passed, you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service cost. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost. "No-shows" will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.
Please also be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled. This may result in a change of service or a rescheduling of your appointment where a cancellation fee will apply.
